Seven Palms Villa

Overview

Seven Palms Villa is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 6 bathroom home set on a two acre manicured estate, bordering the Jewel Runaway Bay Golf Course, and is just a short walk to the beach.  The estate is gorgeous and covered with beautiful trees and flowers.  The villa itself is spacious and offers a large open design with indoor gardens and fountains, comfortable seating and of course all the modern luxuries, including; Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, a security system and staff to care for your every need.
 
As you walk through the double front doors of Seven Palms Villa, you will be standing in our large entry way.  Our water fall garden will be to your left and sliding glass doors that open to the covered veranda with the swimming pool down two steps will be at the end of the room in front of you. Take a few steps over the stone floor and the living room will be on your left and the bedroom court yard on the right.  Our living room is massive with plenty of comfortable couches and chairs, a big screen TV and WiFi.  It has plenty of space for large families to spread out and relax.  We have pocket doors that slide back into the walls to open up the living room with the veranda and give you the feel of open-air living.  We also have the convenience of closing the doors and turning on the air-conditioning if you prefer a cool retreat from the warmer tropical weather.  It also keeps the mosquitos away in the evening, when they may be out. 
 
On the opposite end of the living room from the entry, is the kitchen and formal dining room.  In addition to the dining room, the veranda offers a great location for a more casual meal.
 
All five bedrooms are situated around an indoor garden courtyard.  Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv with DVD player, air-conditioning and its own bathroom.  The king size beds can be replaced with two bunkbeds to allow up to four people to sleep in each bedroom.    Two of our bedrooms are larger, master bedrooms with a main door entering from the courtyard and a second, picturesque sliding glass door that fills the room with light and opens to our beautiful backyard.
 
Our amazing variety of flowering and fruit trees is a memorable part of staying at Seven Palms Villa, including mango, ackee, bread fruit, pomegranate, coconut, lemons, limes, sour sap, pimento, neeseberry, june plum, as well as loads of banana and pineapple plants. Our Staff
Seven Palms Villa is fully staffed with a house keeper, cook and grounds keeper.  Our staff typically work from 8AM – 5PM but are happy to work earlier or later in order to accommodate your desired meal times.  After your arrival, our villa manager will sit down with you and go over your plans, so that we are prepared to meet your needs for meals and housekeeping.  Ours goals are to provide service without as little intrusion on your privacy as possible.
 
We have two grounds keepers, one lives on site.  He serves as night time security and grounds keeper and is available to answer any questions you may have during the evening hours
